I've been exposed to Real Estate for over 30 years.  My father began as a Real Estate Agent in the mid 50's and then later became a very successful Mortgage Broker in Toronto. Even though he has long since retired, I had the opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade at a very young age. In fact, when I was only 19 years old, he “threw me into the fire” and asked me to sell a condo he owned. In less than 30 days I managed to present the property and close the deal.

My extensive background in business has provided me with the necessary tools to successfully own 4 businesses over the past 12 years, all of which are still operating and profitable today. These businesses were built on the principles my father taught me:  Provide a high quality product at a reasonable price with excellent customer service and support and you will succeed.

My educational achievements include a degree in Mathematics and Geography and minor degrees in Computer Science and Statistics. In 1990, I graduated with these degrees from the University of Toronto, Erindale College, in Mississauga. I'm finding my extensive background in Mathematics and Statistics are very helpful in Real Estate. I'm able to use these resources when researching property values and past sales analysis.

In addition to my keen interest in the Real Estate market, I have several hobbies, among them music and golf.  I was a finalist at the 2001 Re/Max World Long Drive Finals for golf in Mesquite, Nevada and I still carry a single digit handicap.  For over 25 years, I have played guitar professionally and recreationally and very much enjoy getting together with friends to play music. In 2006 I signed a record deal based on some music I had written back in the early 90's

I like to spend whatever spare time I have with my wife and 3 beautiful children.
